Wastewater Treatment Operator

The Urbana & Champaign Sanitary District has an opening for a Wastewater Operator.  The position performs operational duties relating to the control and processing of wastewater and bio-solids.  Prior experience or education related to wastewater treatment is preferred, but not required.  The successful candidate will participate in a training program for up to twelve months on a variety of shifts to learn processes under different operating conditions.
